- The order on which of the 3 Amalgams (* = Arcane, Polar or Toxic) is in which room is random.
- Becomes attackable upon activating all 3 Trial Access Runes in the correct ordrer.

- Defeat the one you can defeat fastest first to avoid copying with the damage of all 3. This depends on class, but generally the one which corresponds to your damage type (i.e. polar for a wizard with elemental spells) is the slowest to defeat and should be done last.
Level 101 Di'Zok.
- Unlocks the lower 4 magically sealed doors around the church upon defeat.
- He is rooted to his altar, which also protects him from any damage.
- Defeating a group of Kly believers causes him to leave his altar and become attackable.
- Before returning to his altar he leave [Droz'kar's totem] behind that will explode with damage, knockback and a stun, so make sure to joust away quickly.
- Upon defeating the rune keeper this eastern rune can be activated to start the timed quest 'Rune Run'.
- For this you have 8 minutes to do the following:
- Activate the southeastern and southwestern runes, noting down the color of each activated rune.
- Activating those 3 runes will summon the curator and keeper of the western rune Izzak Sira in the Curator's Guard.
- Once Izzak becomes immune to damage, move to the foundation whose rune matches the color of the speed-buff pads that spawn.
- Those pads also protect from the damage received when leaving them.
- Near the correct rune Izzaks power will temporarily wane allowing him to be damaged, until he spawns a new set of speed-buff pads to follow.
- Upon defeating Izzak activate the western rune to stop the timer and complete the quest.
- It is ADVISED to clear out all 3 rune keepers and other DiZok ghosts as well as the exhumed iksar skeletons in the Curator's Guard before starting the timer at this rune foundation here.

- Two gooblins guard each of the 6 doors around the church and it is recommended to clear them before engaging Rector Droz'Kzar.
- Activate this southeastern rune in the order of the colors on the wall behind the altar of Rector Droz'Kzar in the Church of Kly.
