Enekie Blazdine, behind the tent, gives The Lost Artifacts quest for the Condemned Catacombs. Abram Calvern sells the key to the Condemned Catacombs (66s) and the other NPC merchant sells the History of the Condemned Catacombs (40s) as well as shields and Holy Symbols.
