- Part of the public quest 'Mighty Baelon', that asks to defeat Baelon, which is one of the puppets that spawns during Heroes' Festival.
- Needed for the Heroes' Festival the quest 'The Play's the Thing' and the achievements 'Baelon's Reprise' and 'Mischeva's Champion'.
- This puppet can be hard to get to, especially for low level characters. Ask for someone to CoV or CotH you, or use an Ethernere Anchor in a house or guildhall and choose Fearcreep.
- Baelon can and will hit you, so wait for others if you're squishy and bring a mercenary that can revive you.
