Level 94 non heroic, quests: Drinal's Altar, destruction of the Horde; Death to the Horde! Casts deadly Painful Bond spell which can lead to instant death if you do not immediately stop attacking (your merc too). It heals the mob and reflects all damage back to you. If you have ACT, set up a Trigger for Painful Bond if you wish to avoid it. Usually the merc is not fast enough to heal it. you're doing 25-40k dmg to yourself and get a msg "You have killed yourself" if you have died to it. All Orafik (floaters) do that, and the more mobs surround you at the time, the more often it procs.
