Kill sporechanters until you spawn the Mold Reaper 33^^^ Heroic with 3 adds, kill him, and then wounded scout will run in and "die" then you can get his report. For some reason you could not search for "scout" and find this spot, so I added it. it is not "missing scout" or anything else, I am targeting the object right now.
