To find crafting area, go to Gorowyn South East Entrance and enter the city first. Then to find the harvesting quest giver, ask a guard for Rozokal, this gives you the Tutorial: Learning to Harvest Quest. The main craft area is near the crafting trainer, Dvarkor who is at 2816, 121, 1239. This poi was not on the main map before, only once you found Gorowyn.
