after completeing all the Trials of the Ash quests, speak to Zhao Wu 60^^^ Heroic Ashen Monk. Once he no longer assigns faction quests for The Ashen Order, you must KILL Ashen Diciples to build up Ashen Order faction until you hit 50,000 Status. Once you attain 50K status, speak to Master Kiri (60^^^ Heroic Ashen Order Monk) for your Jade Dragon title.
