There is one watchman at the top of the ramp, two on the ramp as you decend and two in the chamber at the bottom of the ramp. These mobs are needed for the quest Another Challange Issued.
This is the only known location in Permafrost where Icegill Makers spawn. They are needed for the quest Icegill Elimination. POI has been placed in between the two groups that spawn next to weapons racks in alcoves against the outer wall.
