The four nameds come one by one
first named: "Council of Gravel": use the "Severed Ethereal Gravel" on pull and when the named has the buff at 20 again
second named: "Council of Stone" 50% chance to absorb damage, calls adds and has a KB
third named: "Council of Soil" when your power is below 10% you get an unresistable fear
last named: "Council of Leaves" calls small non attackable adds that can stun/stifle
