To find Crafting Area, go to Gorowyn South East Entrance to enter the city first, then ask a guard for Dvarkor who is the crafting trainer. Rozokal is the harvesting quest giver at 2746, 123, 1128. They're not together. The main map did not show this poi at the time I submitted it.
