Saw him in the waters near the shore but underwater. Moves all along the shoreline from jetty at The Wall to north of the island.
Hes a big crab
I saw him also, but much further south where the halfling wall meets the southern shore. He turned around there and I didn't see him again so he must roam far. Location 440, -6, -120
